Act of God_Cloud: Hot Air Ballon Exterior

This is part 3 of my personal project, Act of God. I designed a hot air balloon to be used as a recon vehicle in this world. This page focuses on the exterior of the vehicle.

Story Synopsis:
Due to natural disasters caused by storm surges, many lands are frequently submerged by seawater, resulting in a reduction of human living space. In response, numerous protective shields have been established to combat these disasters. Humans and marine life form an alliance to resist the calamities, which are likened to a sentient but powerful child. Despite causing trouble for Earth's inhabitants, the disasters are enjoyed by this entity.
The calamity has no physical form and is ever-changing like clouds. It is usually calm and peaceful, but when it decides to disrupt, the environmental colors become exceptionally vibrant, and the waves surge.
